You must be over the age of 18 and a student at Santa Clara University ("SCU") to use the SCU Schedule Helper app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your Google profile name, email, and photo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SCU Schedule Helper uses an API to provide its services, which is documented at https://api.scu-schedule-helper.me/. You agree to use the API in accordance with its documentation and not to engage in any malicious activities, including but not limited to spamming the API or attempting to disrupt its services. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that misuse or abuse the API.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of SCU Schedule Helper, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the app's infrastructure or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property.
